‌We are at the dawn of the US President Election 2020 and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. US and China have been undergoing serious discussions in the trade progress in recent years; furthermore, the recent heightened trade measures between the two giant nations have brought considerable economic impact to the world, rendering unprecedented challenges to the high-tech industry, in particular the electronics sector.

This forum addresses the following issues.  How is the supply chain in the industry affected?  What implications to the industry do the trade measures inflict upon?  What strategies are industry players adopting in order to adapt to the ever-changing business environment?  Amidst the persisting challenges, are there any new business opportunities emerging? How should engineers, industry practitioners and students position themselves to cope with the new changes?

We are very honoured to have the chairmen of HKSTP, EIA and ETA joining our panel discussion in the 2020 Hot Talk e-Forum, sharing their views and industrial insights.  Don't miss this opportunity to gain insights from leading practitioners in the industry and register to exchange views with the leading figures!
