The BIM Contract International Conference 2017 will showcase different BIM procurement methods as well as different contract forms. Procurement methods to be introduced include CIOB Time and Cost Management (TCM) Contract 2015, Singapore BIM Particular Conditions, HKIUS BIM Agreement for Design Consultancy and Design-Build Sub-contracts, New Engineering Contract (NEC), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Project Partnering Contract (PPC).
